Busy Day
Yesterday we were out all day! Jazmin is still asleep.
Picture was taken last night.

We dropped James at Newcastle Airport, came home, went and did the grocery shopping at Tuggerah, then went out to Lake Haven in the night.
While we were at the airport, the airforce was doing training, so we got to see some cadets and awesome fighter planes. The planes were very loud, so I covered Jazmin's ears, but it didn't seem to bother her too much.

She played on the floor for a bit, as we got there quite a while before James' plane was due to leave. A couple of people were talking to us about how cute she was and how it looked like it wouldn't be long till she was crawling. Just this week she's figured out how to open the cupboard doors on our TV unit! Anyway that was nice.
James got home ok, and we enjoyed having him here.
Murray wants to come down for his birthday in March - but we might make it Easter school holidays. James got to come down for his 12th birthday, so now it's Murray's turn. No hard plans as yet though.
I was amazed at how quiet it was at Lake Haven - we even got a "parents with prams" park - which is unusual. We think everyone is probably still suffering from the post-Christmas debt hangover!!
I got a new dinner set, it's nothing special but we always seem to be short on bowls. I have had my eye on it for a while and it has gone right down to $10.00 and it was the last one so thought I'd snap it up.
I got Enid Blyton's "Enchanted Wood & Magic Faraway Tree" book out of the library to read again. I loved that story and used to own it when I was little. I think I might have decided I had outgrown it, and left the book in New Zealand, but I think we'll have to invest in it when Jazmin gets a bit older.
I bought "The little Red Caboose" for Jazmin yesterday. Justin and I both had this book when we were kids and loved it. We've decided that since Jazmin will have no interest in it at the moment (other than to eat it and scrunch up the pages!) , we'll give it to her for her birthday.

Yet another picture of the princess

Picture perfect "Kodak Moment" Daddy smiles as Jazmin spews on him!!!

What an exciting time you are having. Jaz is definitely growing fast and I'm sure the crawling is only a short time away, sounds as if she is into plenty of mischief already. Interesting times lie ahead!!! Dad and I have booked a couple of nights at Manly in honour of our 36th aniversary, finally we get to celebrate!!
Luvyas all Nan
