Would you like fried electrics with that?
As already noted, the car electrics were melted when the exhaust moved. Here's some pics of us moving.

Jazmin and Justin playing with ponies at McDonalds Caboolture while we were waiting for the electrics to get fixed.

We have not finished getting all out stuff out of Gideon's but thankfully he is not in a big rush. Jazmin enjoyed the outdoor TV we set up for her while we were moving stuff into the garage. She also enjoyed playing "pretend baby" and sitting in the baby rocker which she is really too big for!

We went to the Gold Coast meeting, but they must have had a thing on because no-one turned up - and yes, it was the right place.

This is Jazmin playing at the park behind the hall.
Once we were able to collect the key, we started bringing stuff to our new place. We broke Jazmin's bed when we moved it up from San Remo, and further broke it (it did not come apart for transport), so when I got better - I had gastro- we went to Ikea to get her another one. We have since become true Ikea junkies and need a hit every few days. The restaurant is great, as is the exit cafe - not to mention all the furniture! We went there for breakfast yesterday - full cooked breakfast for $2 and unlimited coffee, tea or hot chocolate refills for $1.95. Ikea is on the same road as the Logan meeting, which is where we went yesterday, and think we might join as it is our closest one.

So much shopping and meeting new friends at the meeting meant that Jazmin was exhausted. Of course she did not want to go to bed....so she fell asleep on the floor!!
In the evening last night we went to the drive-in movies at Yatala - about 10km from our place and saw the Simpsons and the Rise of the Silver Surfer. It was great to be able to see new release movies and not have to worry about Jazmin fussing, or getting her looked after. And we were pleased to see that it was mainly families there with their kids. We would definately go back there because it's 2 movies for the price of 1 as well - awesome! Apparently it is the only drive-in left in Queensland.
