Culinary Adventures
Busy weekend! We had anice lunch up at Barry and Joan Bowen's place on Saturday. Jazmin is now allowed full cream cow's milk, but not yet as a substitute for formula. Justin gave her some ice-cream and jelly on Saturday, which she loved! And this morning she had weetbix and milk for breakfast. She didn't have much of that, but I think that was more because she was already full. She usually has a piece of toast while I eat my breakfast, so keeps us both happy.
I am reading a book called "The Mighty Toddler" which is quite good so far. I know there's still a little way to go before Jazmin is one, but it never hurts to be prepared. Forewarned is forearmed......sometimes I wish that was "four-armed" though!
We had an awesome homemade iced mocha yesterday, and I thought I'd post up the recipe.

Hi Di and Jaz, Definitely worth having advance warning of the toddler-time to come!! My main worry with the boys at that age was to keep them from self -destructing as they have no fear and no sense of danger. Jaz obviously has a sense of adventure so you will be busy but she is so much fun as well especially now as she begins to say words.. Luvyas Nan
