Gosford
Sitting in Gosford library atm, and Justin is in an appointment. We've been pretty busy. On Sunday we had our house appraised, we are intending to sell it soon and probably move to Queensland. Yesterday we were in Sydney city, and had a job finding parking because a lot of the streets were blocked off due to the Queen's visit. After Justin's appointments we went back to Chatswood and I had a stroll round Chatswood Westfields. Not much else going on, just getting the house looking spic and span for inspections soon to come after we pay the solicitor to draw up a contract for us. In the meantime we're packing things up, and giving things back to their rightful owners etc; in some ways it's good to move, it means that there is less time to accumulate useless junk that is never going to be used. Justin and I had an agreement when we got married that we would not allow the other to become a hoarder, which seems to have paid off because there is not too much stuff to throw out.

So glad you are having a day where Dad is able to be with more than if he is working in Sydney. Hope the packing and tidying goes well and that someone comes along who sees all the great points of your house and wants to buy it. It's a very exciting time for you and will be good therapy looking for your next house and working out what will best suit you. Looking forward to seeing you all Sunday Mum/Nan
