World of Friends

On Thursday, Justin had appointments on the Gold Coast. I went shopping with Jnaya, and we took Jazmin to the park. After that we had afternoon tea with my grandparents.
On Friday Jazmin and I had lunch with a few others at Amanda's place, which was great - the kids played well together and it tired Jazmin out quite nicely!
Jazmin has a new "Strawberry Shortcake" Episode called 'World of Friends'...We felt a bit like that ourselves this weekend!
Saturday morning Mick & Nic Tappouras (from Gosford) dropped in for a visit on their way to Noosa for a holiday.
Saturday night, party and Jono & Emma's - James, Rose & Madison Lawrie have moved up from Sydney and Jimmy, Abi & Boulton Sawell were up for a quick visit from Adelaide.

Sunday night we drove up to Noosa and had a BBQ with Mick & Nic and played 'Battle of the Sexes' - the guys won. Left late, but had a good night. They bought Jazmin a beautiful 'Strawberry Shortcake Flavor Swirl' it is Strawberry Shortcake but with different clothes. It smells like Strawberry Shortcake too. I can see it becoming one of Jazmin's favorite toys. It is a highly desired item for any fan...most little girls!

No photos - we were too busy chatting and having fun to take any!

Around the state in 80 minutes

Or pretty close to it... Today Justin had appointments in both Maroochydore and Ipswich. Jazmin and I went too, and did some shopping.

After Justin was done in Ipswich, we went to a park and had some cheese and bacon rolls and a drink. Jazmin had a play, and I was very impressed with her climbing ability (maybe she gets that from daddy!) she was able to climb structures that I thought were too high or hard for her but she proved me wrong!

Last night Leah looked after Jazmin and Justy and I went to see "Ghost Rider" at the movies. I thought it was a great movie, and of course I really went because I like Nicholas Cage! That is the first movie we have been to since I was 8 months pregnant when we went and saw "Hitch" So it has been fully 2 years! After that we went to Hog's Breath for dinner (at 9pm). We really enjoyed our night out.

I can't believe it is only 8 weeks till Jazmin turns 2..she is getting "So big" I had lost my keys, and tore the place apart yesterday looking for them...until Justin found this photo on the digital camera: He rang Sizzler...and yes my keys are there!

Friday Laughs

Been pretty busy lately. Had Jamin and Alanah on Wednesday and I've been getting things booked or our New Zealand trip in April.

Types of computer viruses

Adam and Eve virus: Takes a couple of bytes out of your Apple.

Freudian virus: Your computer becomes obsessed with marrying its own motherboard

Government economist virus: Nothing works, but all your diagnostic software says everything is fine.
Oprah Winfrey virus: Your 200MB hard drive suddenly shrinks to 80MB, and then slowly expands back to 200MB.
Politically correct virus: Never calls itself a "virus", but instead refers to itself as an "electronic microorganism".

Texas virus: Makes sure that it's bigger than any other file.
UK Parliament virus: Splits the screen into two with a message in each half blaming other side for the state of the system.
